All Chapter Officers have been automatically registered to this event.  If you are unavailable at this time, reach out to contact@htcia.org and provide some dates that you may be available and we’ll try to consolidate a new time to repeat the demo/discussion (using Doodle if possible to schedule the time on those dates).

We recognize that not every member of your chapter attends in-person events and this year, the office has selected an on-line voting system and will be creating ballots for each individual chapter to help run the elections.  Please consider holding a hybrid vote even if you have an in-person event planned, this will allow your members who cannot attend in person to still have the ability to vote.  One way to do this is to encourage your in-person attendees to vote from their mobile devices during the in-person meeting using the individual link sent to their registered email address.

This will be an opportunity for you to see the virtual voting platform and discuss its use by our members.
